ALL NEW CLIENTS
ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: A CONSULTATION FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SERVICES IF YOU HAVE NEVER VISITED OUR WELLNESS CENTER. Consultations are required our Consultation is complimentary for a limited time.
If you will not arrive at your appointment on time, please give us a call as we understand things happen. Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in your service time being reduced. or you will be rescheduled.
CURRENT CLIENTS
Appointments must be booked online.
For safety and comfort, no additional guests are allowed. Please come alone or your guest must wait outside the spa.
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled 24/7 on the website. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the services booked. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
All services are by appointment only.

A valid phone number and email address, and phone are required at booking for confirmation and reminders.
All payments are due at the time of scheduling.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the appointment/full payment being forfeited.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling and may result in a forfeited appointment/payment.
Packages must be used within the validity period (e.g., 30/60/90 days depending on package).
Missed sessions are considered used and cannot be rescheduled outside the package timeframe.
All services, and packages are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns.
Clients must complete a brief intake/consent form before their first treatment which can be found in the consent tab.
Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures.
Fi8ure 8 reserves the right to refuse service if it may pose a health risk.
Clients must be 18 years or older.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our contract term policies.
