ALL NEW CLIENTS

MUST book a consultation prior to any services being rendered. Here we will discuss in detail the areas of concern. Consultations are required our Consultation fee is $25.

If you will not arrive to your appointment on time, please give us a call. Arriving 10 minutes or more late will result in your service time being reduced. If you are 11 minutes or more late, you will have the opportunity to reschedule only once.

 

CURRENT CLIENTS

Appointments booked online must be booked online.

For safety and comfort, no additional guests are allowed. Please come alone or your guest must wait outside the spa.

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled 24/7 on the website. Any cancellations with less than 72 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the services booked. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
